Obviously for St. Patricks day the go to is to be part in the parade/river dye celebration. Don’t stay all day there, maybe go to other neighborhoods after that will be less crowded. Wrigleyville, Lincoln Park, Edison Park will definitely be partying up for Patties Day. But definitely dedicate one day to a few downtown touristy activities.
